The GNH Centre was established to demonstrate to the world the philosophy of Gross National Happiness (GNH) in practice. As a symbolic demonstration of sustainable development, the former Prime Minister of Bhutan created the Centre to fully express GNH principles. The GNH Centre demonstrates a simple and sustainable way of life in harmony with nature. The GNH Centre is a self-sustaining NGO and a global community initiative. Bhutanese as well as foreign visitors are taught how to practice the values of GNH in their daily life, work, community, country and the wider world. In 2014, our Managing Director was appointed to the Advisory Council and visits Bhutan regularly to support the centre.Visit GNH.
